Sunday, February 5
1:00-2:30 p.m. Family Skating at the Colchester Legion Stadium. Special Festival Price of $5 per family.
2:00-4:00 p.m. Coasting Party for the entire family at the Centre communautaire francophone de Truro (Francophone Centre), 50 Aberdeen St. Bring your own sled. Hot chocolate provided. Weather permitting.

Monday, February 6
1:30-2:30 p.m. Free Pre-schooler Skating at Colchester Legion Stadium.
2:30-3:30 p.m. Free Seniors' Recreational Skating at Colchester Legion Stadium.
6:30-8:30 p.m. Free Community Outdoor Skating Party at Victoria Square with Hot Chocolate. (Weather/Ice Permitting)

Tuesday, February 7
7:00-8:30 p.m. Free Adult Recreational Basketball at Truro Elementary School.
5:00-6:00 p.m. Soups on! Explore ways to make a warm, steaming pot of soup for a cold winter night, at Prince Street Sobeys. To register, contact dietician Jennifer Ferguson at 895-7382.
6:30 p.m. Free Movie Night at Douglas Street Recreation Centre, featuring "Dolphin Tale". Bring your own lawn chairs and snacks.

Wednesday, February 8
7:00-9:00 p.m. Beginner Valentine Hardanger Project for adults at Douglas Street Recreation Centre. This is a small embroidery project of easy counted stitches and little or no cutting, led by members of the Marigold Guild of Needle Arts. $5 per person, including supplies. Pre-register at 893-6078.
7:00-8:00 p.m. Free Open Gym Time for Children at Truro Junior High School.
8:00-9:30 p.m. Free Recreational Badminton at Truro Junior High School.

Thursday, February 9
9:15-10:15 a.m. Free Seniors' Recreational Skating
10:30-11:30 a.m. Free Pre-school Skating at the Colchester Legion Stadium.
7:00-8:30 p.m. Free Recreational Badminton at Truro Elementary School.

Friday, February 10
6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Floor hockey at Douglas Street Recreation Centre. $1 drop-in. Ages 6 to 9 from 6 to 7 p.m. and ages 10 to 12 from 7 to 8 p.m.

8:00 to 10:30 p.m. Free dance at Douglas Street Recreation Centre. Ages 12 to 16. Donation to the Colchester Food Bank would be appreciated.

Saturday, February 11

11:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Join the Truro Model Railroaders Association for an Open House at the Old Normal College, Prince Street. Learn more about this fun hobby. Members will be running their trains. Everyone Welcome.

2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Two opportunities for guided snowshoeing in Victoria Park with Hub Cycle's Daisy Roberts. Reserve your snowshoes at 893-6078, or bring your own. Adult and youth sizes available. All skill levels. Meet at the Bandshell at 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.
2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Horse and wagon rides around the track at the TAAC Grounds on Golf Street.
6:30 p.m. Festival Fireworks near the Colchester Legion Stadium.
7:30 p.m. Truro Bearcats vs. Dieppe at the Colchester Legion Stadium. Special Festival admission price $6.00 per person.
