Town Planning Advisory Committee

The Town Planning Advisory Committee (TPAC) is an appointed body whose purpose is to advise Council in the preparation or amendment of Planning documents, and other related matters. Often the TPAC will seek the advice of the Planning and Development Department for recommendations on planning, zoning, and development agreement issues. As required by provincial legislation, the TPAC includes Councilors and members of the public. Committee meetings are open to the public and are held on the last Monday of every month.
