The Truro Welcome Centre is located at historic Victoria Square, Commercial Street, in downtown Truro. The Welcome Centre is open 7 days per week and hours of operation are:
May & June – 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
July & August - 8:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
September & October – 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

During the winter months, weather permitting, Victoria Square is home of the Truro Outdoor Rink which has become a very popular attraction for residents and visitors.
Also during the winter months, the Welcome Centre plays a major part in the Downtown Truro Festival of Lights.
